Core Strength Move for New Moms

I have clients all the time that ask me how to regain their shape and to lose the baby weight after pregnancy.  On of the keys is to start out slow and remember you have to rebuild from the inside out. Here is a video link to a core exercise I have my new moms do. This is a great exercise to implement into routine if you are trying to lose your post pregnancy weight.
